This Earth Day, Baros Maldives invites guests to experience an immersive evening dedicated to sustainability, mindful living, and the natural beauty of the island environment.

Titled Earth Day in Bloom, the curated experience begins at the resort’s Chef’s Garden, where guests are welcomed with a refreshing Garden Spritz, a low-alcohol, sustainably crafted cocktail designed to reflect the island’s commitment to responsible consumption. From there, participants are guided through a tranquil introduction to the evening before embarking on a sensory journey through the garden.

Led by the Executive Sous-Chef, the guided tour offers an intimate exploration of locally grown herbs and island-sourced produce. Guests are introduced to the flavours, fragrances, and culinary significance of ingredients cultivated within the resort’s own gardens, reinforcing Baros Maldives’ dedication to sustainable gastronomy and farm-to-table dining.

A highlight of the evening is the opportunity for each guest to actively contribute to the island’s ongoing environmental efforts by planting a herb of their choice. This symbolic gesture allows participants to leave a lasting green footprint, deepening their connection to the natural surroundings while supporting the resort’s sustainability initiatives.

The experience continues with a thoughtfully curated garden dinner set within the lush Chef’s Garden. The menu showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients, carefully prepared to highlight natural flavours and reduce environmental impact. Guests may further elevate their dining experience with optional pairings of organic wines, selected to complement the evening’s dishes.

The event takes place on Wednesday, 22 April 2026, beginning at 6:30 pm with a welcome reception, garden tour, and planting activity. Dinner commences at 7:00 pm.

Priced at USD 175++ per person, all rates are subject to a 10% service charge and 17% GST.
