Lily Beach Resort & Spa is set to host the world-renowned French chef Bruno Ménard, one of Asia’s most respected culinary icons, for an exclusive Valentine’s Day gastronomic experience this February.

Chef Bruno Ménard is internationally acclaimed for earning three Michelin stars in Tokyo, held for five consecutive years, and brings with him over 35 years of exceptional savoir-faire and culinary expertise. Now based in Singapore, Chef Bruno is celebrated for his refined French techniques, modern interpretations, and meticulous attention to detail.

On 14th February 2026, Lily Beach will present an intimate, romantic Valentine’s Day Signature Dinner, personally curated by Chef Bruno hosted at the elegant and award-winning Les Turquoise D’Aqua, from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. The venue is a recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2024, further reinforcing the strength, depth, and sophistication of its wine programme and bar offerings. This recognition perfectly complements the refined culinary experience curated for the evening cocktails that balance modern classics with elegance and individuality.

In addition to the signature dinner, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy Chef Bruno’s culinary artistry during lunch at Lily Beach’s beachfront AQVA Restaurant on 13th and 14th February 2026, where specially curated creations by the chef will be featured.
