Alila Kothaifaru Maldives proudly hosted a vibrant celebration for World Tourism Day, bringing together the students and teachers from Maduvvaree School located on nearby Maduvvaree Island, local "mamas," and community members at the resort’s picturesque Seasalt Beach.

This meaningful event focused on collaboration with and support for the local community, featuring live cooking stations where the "mamas" showcased their culinary skills while students assisted in hosting and serving.

Guests were treated to an array of authentic Maldivian dishes, crafted with care, alongside refreshing signature drinks. The atmosphere was filled with the lively sounds of boduberu drumming, creating a festive ambiance against the backdrop of a stunning sunset.

All contributions raised during the event will be donated to local charities, reinforcing Alila Kothaifaru's commitment to giving back to the community.
