Lily Beach Resort & Spa proudly announces its remarkable success at the prestigious Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) Global Culinary Challenge and Exhibition, held from September 23rd to 25th, 2024.
Competing against talented culinary professionals from across the Maldives, Lily Beach’s exceptional chefs secured multiple awards, underscoring the resort’s reputation for offering world-class and extremely tantalizing dining experiences.
The wins were as follows:
- Chef Nuwan Taranga – Chef de Cuisine won
- Top Gold Medal – Best Italian Chef
- Silver Medal – Sea Food – Hot Cooking
- Silver Medal – Traditional Italian Main Dishes
- Bronze Medal – Lamb Hot Cooking
