Over the past few months, the entire resort has received a face lift. The culinary team has been making the most of this time to craft new, sustainable and healthy dishes of the finest quality that can be enjoyed at a number of private dining locations.

What Laamu lacks in crowds it makes up for in colorful marine life. There really is no glass screen between you and the great outdoors, so you can relax on a sandbank with only a crab for company or rub fins with Davina, our most frequently-sighted green turtle. Families will be particularly interested in the Junior Marine Biology program. While the resort was closed, the program was adapted into a 10-week series of free web-based classes but this will be available once again for young VIPs in person.

Six Senses Laamu is accessed by a 40-minute flight from Malé (MLE) International Airport. We offer meet and greet airport arrival assistance and your 15-minute speedboat trip to the resort is arranged by your dedicated Guest Experience Maker (GEM), who will remain on hand throughout your stay to organize everything from island hopping to diving, surfing and fishing.
